これを解決する方法がわかりません。
以前に欠落していた Xcode コマンドライン ツールを再インストールしましたが、問題は依然として解決されません。
Compass と CodeKit が期待どおりに動作しません。
何をすべきか考えていますか？

OK…自分で解決したようです:
gem uninstall compass
gem uninstall sass
gem install sass
gem install compass
これらの手順を実行しても問題は解決されませんでした…
RVMの再インストールruby-2.1.0がうまくいきました…
